Your signature or email confirmation of your booking will be considered verification of your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. We require a 25% deposit to book your wedding date . This deposit in non-refundable if you cancel my services, unless I can book a wedding for the same date and monetary value. Any balance is due on or before the wedding day. A booking is confirmed only after a deposit has been paid or is received.

2. Every effort will be made for your chosen photographer to be the photographer on your wedding day, a substitute photographer of equal ability may be used, this should only be due to sickness or injury preventing the photographer from attending on the day.

3. Every effort will be made to meet the minimum number of photographs taken on your wedding day. The number of photographs may be less due to conditions outside of the control of the photographer such as weather, accidents and time constraints.

4. Copyright remains that of the photographer. Permission is given for image files to be used to obtain prints, enlargements and copies to DVD/CD. Where any of the photography material is published, whether in whole or part, credit must be given to Diana Wakeham Photography.

5. Diana Wakeham Photography may use images taken for promotion purposes via internet, print media and multimedia without compensation.

6. Limitation of liability. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Diana Wakeham Photography be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from loss of your images. In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. All image sizes are nominal. The Photographer/s will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibers. It is sometimes impossible to record on film or digitally the exact colour as seen by the human eye.
